The companySustainability

Sustainability according to Attilio Imperiali

We want to define and express sustainability as the creation of an economic, social and environmental value, shared with our stakeholders and maintained over the long term.

A value capable of preserving our corporate identity – highly representative of Made in Italy and its features such as quality, creativity, craftsmanship – and at the same time the territorial and international reality surrounding it.

Environmental sustainability

An important step of our path for a more sustainable fashion industry was the subscription of the GREENPEACE DETOX PROTOCOL in the 2014: an international chemical management program with the goal of delete all the toxic chemicals from the human and hearth environment by 2020.

We then continued with our commitment by obtaining, in 2022, the FOR TEXTILE certification, capable of ensuring requirements of quality, health and safety of the product and production system of our fabrics.

In 2024 we also obtained the SUPPLIER TO ZERO certification by ZDHC, to offer our customers and suppliers a reliable, clear, organized and sustainable chemical management process of our fabrics .

Social sustainability

“Each one of you can make the difference, expressing your creativity with complete freedom, for a sustainable world.”

We sustain the Cou(L)ture Migrante social project: a design studio born in the heart of the city of Como composed of a multiethnic work team, where women and men applying for asylum and coming from different parts of the world are welcomed to learn a skill.

We have embraced this opportunity and we make our professional and production capacity available to permit men and women, who are introduced into the textile and design environment through a process of training and externship, to learn a profession.

Governance and code of ethics

We are committed to our activities for the protection of the environment, health and safety of workers and respect for human rights.

By publishing and sharing our Corporate Policy we acknowledge the importance of minimizing environmental and social impact along the supply chain and we work in close cooperation with our suppliers, promoting the development of sustainable products and processes, in line with the requirements of the sector’s main standards.
